WHAT TO EXPECT

Alpha Fit Club is a circuit-style group fitness experience featuring the perfect blend of total body strength training & high-intensity cardio. Members rotate around the room in "accountability packs" of four people, challenging themselves at constantly varying stations that can be scaled to any fitness level.

Longer duration cardio and high rep ranges focused on helping you build your engine & muscular hypertrophy.

TENACITY

Moderate duration cardio and mid tier rep range centered around helping you build strength & muscular endurance.

INTENSITY

Short bouts of maximum effort cardio stints paired with lower rep range to enhance your explosiveness and power.

WHAT TO WEAR + BRING

Alpha Fit Club is not your typical group fitness workout but luckily, our recommended attire is! Wear body-wicking clothing fit for sweating it out and closed-toe athletic sneakers for class. We recommend bringing a hand towel and a bottle of water to all Alpha Fit Club classes so you can hydrate before, during, and after your workout.
