Alpha Fit Club is a group fitness concept focused on helping you become the best version of yourself, in and out of the gym. Our workouts, and our community, serve as a catalyst to becoming the person you were meant to be.
Our Circuit style workout consists of 12 stations, and the perfect blend of high intensity cardio and total body strength training. No class is ever the same. Workouts are built to accommodate and challenge every level of fitness, while keeping you healthy and injury free. Classes are kept smaller than your traditional group classes and are led by one of our dynamic coaches.
The difference is in our WHY. Alpha Fit Club was created to bring out the best in one another. Simply put – we care. It’s the people within Alpha that make all the difference.
Our favorite members are those just beginning their fitness journey. We welcome beginners with open arms and have dozens upon dozens of success stories that showcase just how transformative the Alpha experience can be for those in need of a kick start to their fitness.
To make the most of your first class, we ask you arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a walk through of the space and introduce you to your instructor.
Each Alpha Fit Club session is constructed within the framework of a greater picture – meaning each workout fits within our progressive programming and are built to accommodate every level of fitness. It’s our job to push you (or hold you back in some cases) but you set the tone and determine how hard each workout will be. We’re striving to become the best version of ourselves, it’s you versus you.
Unlike many group fitness concepts our workouts minimize your time spent on typical cardio equipment. The maximum time you’ll spend on a treadmill, rower, or bike is three minutes. The pace at which our classes flow will leave you with a calorie burn that far surpasses the usually boring, ‘steady state’ cardio session. In addition, you’ll reap the rewards of this high intensity strength session for the remainder of the day.
We don’t have a regularly scheduled beginners class, but first-timers get looked after in every class – not only by our coaches, but by our community of members. Just make sure you arrive 15 minutes early for your first class, and we’ll make sure to give you extra attention.
We recommend four classes per week as an optimal number, with three classes per week at a minimum if you are committed to seeing real change. We would be doing our members a disservice if we recommended coming every single day. These workouts are challenging, and we suggest listening to your body, resting, and letting your body repair and grow stronger.
Alpha members see results quickly, not just in the way they look but more importantly, in how they feel. When you make the decision to start living for yourself and pushing past the self-limiting boundaries you once set, you start to feel a certain type. We are here to help you make that shift and feel that change.
With our Alpha Method, we take the pairing of high intensity, short duration cardio bursts and pair them with total body strength training. Our program takes the guess work out of your training and simplifies the process to get you results. We want to build muscle while dropping fat – our workouts are designed to do exactly that.
Fun, challenging, motivating – Alpha was created to make your fitness journey more enjoyable. We created Alpha because we felt as though something was missing in the group fitness space. You shouldn’t leave feeling like a number. You should come and go feeling like you’re apart of something bigger – a family. The culture at AFC is what sets us apart, a gym built by the community for the community.
Most days, the workout has what we call, ‘an emphasis’. This means we focus on a part of the body or a type of movement while making sure we cover all our bases. It is a total body workout that fits within the framework of a larger program, hence why consistently showing up is key!
We do – the first class is free! We’ve always felt as though you should get a taste of what Alpha is all about before having to make a purchase. It’s like test driving a car. And we want to roll out the red carpet for you.

Log in to the app and check out your profile page. At the top left you’ll see your status and just below the option to buy more classes.
You have two options – buy class packs or sign up for a membership, depending on the level of commitment you’re ready to have with us. If you aren’t ready to make us a consistent part of your weekly fitness routine or live too far away, our class packs are an awesome way to get involved. If you’re ready to reach your goals faster, we offer various levels of membership: base, premium, and unlimited. Decide how many times you can commit to per week and sign up for a membership that matches your goals.
Do us a favor, try the basics first:
Memberships are the first step along your journey to really making a change. They are your way of making a commitment to Alpha and yourself. Decide how many times a week you can come and buy a membership to match. Our unlimited package is the best bang for your buck.
If you commit to a reoccurring monthly membership, you can suspend it due to a doctor’s order, death, moving, or loss of job. You can also free it for six months (for injury) or nine months (pregnancy), although many expectant moms enjoy Alpha into the late stages of their pregnancy (under their doctor’s supervision).
Yes! In fact, that is the simplest way. Just download our app from the app store, ‘Alpha Fit Club’, create an account and purchase a class pack or membership package. After that, you can reserve as many classes as you like.
Planning is important. We open reservations up to two weeks in advance. So, scoop those spots up, and plan your weeks accordingly. All we ask is that if you are not able to make the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets their training in if they are on the waitlist. Within 12 hours, we consider this a late cancel, and you forfeit the class.
If you book a class under your membership and don’t show up, we charge you a no-show fee of $25. If you have a class package, unfortunately, you lose your class. We know you’d never miss class on purpose, and we’ll be bummed not to see you there.
Two weeks. Be ready.
We want to be fair and honest – always. We take a ton of time and consideration into the programming and planning of each class, from the music to the stations to introducing new members etc. We ask that you are ON TIME. If you are more than five minutes late to class, you will NOT be permitted entry. A proper warm up is essential and missing out on that component could prove dangerous and result in injury.
Kind of. If it’s your first time – we require you to be there 15 minutes before class at minimum so plan accordingly. In addition, some classes book out in a heartbeat, so you should really check ahead of time to check out if there’s space.
Most of our classes sell out. If the class you want is full, you can get on our waitlist. As people cancel, you will be automatically added in the order you have signed up.
If you secure a spot off the waitlist 12 hours in advance – we will notify you by email, text, and phone call to make sure that you know well in advance!
If you are outside the 12-hour no-cancellation window, you can always move to another class that’s not already sold out. If you need to move your appointment – but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled class – that is considered a cancelation and the above cancellation policy would apply. No exceptions.
