Every circuit style workout utilizes a combination of strength and conditioning stations
The turf is for bodyweight and core work or one of our conditioning pieces- Ski Erg, Rower, Air Bike and Sled.
Weights are used to help build strength & resilience. Ranging from five to 75 lbs, we have something for everyone.
Versatile & dynamic, the TRX utilizes your own body weight to build muscle & stability.
Whether it’s the Ski Erg, Row Erg or Air Bike, you’ll be getting some serious conditioning in.
The Technogym Skillmills are unlike traditional treadmills, because you propel yourself forward with each stride!
The Kinesis Cable Machines are a closed loop cable with multiple handles & adjustable weight stack that can be used for total body strength.
