Membership & Account
Planning is important. We open reservations up to two weeks in advance. So, scoop those spots up, and plan your weeks accordingly. All we ask is that if you are not able to make the class, you cancel at least 8 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets their training in if they are on the waitlist. After 8 hours, we consider this a late cancellation, and you forfeit the class and will be charged a late fee of $24.
You may put your Membership on hold for any reason for a minimum of one (1) month up to a maximum of two (2) months (a “Freeze”). A Freeze is effective only upon advance written notice to the Club, which notification shall include the period of time to which you request the Freeze apply. In no instance shall a Freeze apply retroactively. During a Freeze, you may not use the Club’s facilities or services or participate in classes. You will not be billed during your Freeze. Payments shall resume upon the expiration of your Freeze. Your Membership Expiration Date (as that term is indicated in your Membership Agreement) will be extended by the amount of time of your Freeze.
Memberships are the first step along your journey to really making a change. They are your way of making a commitment to Alpha and yourself. Decide how many times a week you can come and buy a membership to match. Our unlimited package is the best bang for your buck.

We use MarianaTek to power our class bookings. Log into the Alpha Fit Club App and look under PASSES.
It’s simple – just head to our Book A Class tab or download our app and select the location you’d like to book a class at. Then select your class and click ‘Book’ — the scheduler will walk you through the rest of the booking process.
